5th Honors Spanish Video
Part of the honors requirement for Spanish was that we would take the initiative and produce nine videos, demonstrating growth and showing ability to learn. This is the fifth of such videos. In this video, I talk about our week at school, preparations for future tests, and I finish off by talking about another project I am working on.

The script, translated to English, reads: "Hello friends. This is my second honors video for Spanish class, and this week I will tell you about our schedule at school. We are having conversations with our teachers and consultants with our family, called SLC, short for student led conference, because it is the semester mid-term, and I am doing very well! I have all the highest possible marks in my classes and this will be very easy to do. I am also preparing to take the indicative mastery tests for the future, which will be very interesting. For the future mastery, it's probably the easiest to show. What we need to know is that every word saves its end, and none is removed, unlike the other conjugations. So hablar for example is just hablar--just add. The hard part is to remember what is the change of the root word, because for the future conjugations, the irregular words have root changes. I am prepared for the test and have studied very hard for it, and I will take it tomorrow during the school day. The week after this week is the intercession week, where we choose a program and we do it all week! I'm going to visit the University of California in San Diego, a prestigious university, and there we'll make a student life documentary. That's all for this week my friends. Goodbye!"
I felt very tired while doing this video, as it was late, and I butchered pronunciation of some words. Regardless, my introduction is getting a lot better, and now the first sentences of my videos are coming like muscle memory. I am still working on pronunciation, which I feel has improved since the last video, and I will continue to push until I feel satisfied with it.
